General warnings for the use of baby carriers or slings:
Please read the instruction manual before using your baby carrier. Check your child constantly and make sure their nose and mouth are clear. Ensure your baby's chin is not resting on their chest, as this can obstruct their breathing and lead to suffocation. For babies and children with health problems, please consult your midwife or a babywearing consultant before first use. Ensure the baby is correctly positioned in the carrier to prevent the risk of falls. Never open the waist belt while the baby is in the carrier. If you need to readjust the waist belt, secure the baby first. Hook-and-loop fasteners must always be clean and overlap by at least 12 cm; buckles must not be damaged. Always use the elastic loops on the buckle. Until your baby can hold their head up independently, use the head support on the carrier or the crossbar of the sling. Your balance can be negatively affected by your movement and that of your baby. Please be careful when bending or leaning forward. Baby carriers and slings are not suitable for use during sporting activities. Please be aware that as your baby becomes more active, your risk of falling also increases. Regularly check your carrier for signs of wear or damage. Please also be aware of hazards in your surroundings that your baby could reach for, e.g., ovens, hot drinks, etc.
