All of our products have been tested by us, our children, and those of our employees, and are recommended by many midwives, doctors, and babywearing consultants.
Our customers only receive the latest models. To avoid any additional costs, we ship free of charge. You can also take advantage of our free exchange service within 14 days of purchase. In the case of a warranty claim, we strive for very fast processing. For the most part, we replace defective goods with new ones. Of course, the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal also applies to all products in our online shop. Payments are refunded quickly and unbureaucratically.
We offer various payment methods, but have decided against purchase on account. Why? Many families today are over-indebted. Purchase on account is often the cause, because customers feel compelled to buy due to the oversupply. Loeweli also wants to protect against this. It would also be economically unsustainable to issue goods without payment, with a payment term of 30 days. The retailer bears the full risk of non-payment. Unfortunately, we have also had very negative experiences in this regard. Cash for goods, a fundamental principle that has proven itself for centuries and remains true to Loeweli, for the benefit of its employees and also for the benefit of its customers, because ultimately, all customers have to bear the losses.
